// About us

A family history in the global supply chain.

With a long standing history in the global marketplace, Dawson Robotics has grown from family origins into one of the more established names in the Supply Chain Industry, the kind of history that's hard to build and easy to trust.

That history is now what lets us help a standard warehouse move into the future, combining robotic equipment, software, and structural systems into a solution tailored to your facility, whether it's a new build or a brownfield site.

// Platform

Autonomous case-handling robots.

Robots climb rack columns up to 12m high, retrieving totes, cartons and trays directly and carrying them to your operators. No shuttle rail or fixed crane required.

Numbers don't lie.
Your data will prove it.

We model your business case from your own order profile, SKU count and peak volumes, not generic benchmarks. If the numbers stack, we'll show you exactly how.

// Solution

Five system configurations, one robotic platform.

They all run on the same software platform and connect to almost any existing WMS or WES. The difference is how they're built to handle your goods.

HaiPick Climb

HaiPick Climb is a goods-to-person robotic system that uses intelligent climbing robots to retrieve totes from high-density racking up to 12 metres, then delivers them directly to pick stations. This removes walking time, increases throughput, and unlocks more storage capacity within the same footprint. With flexible deployment, modular racking, and smart fleet management, HaiPick Climb boosts efficiency, reduces labour dependency, and scales easily as demand grows.

Ground speedUp to 4 m/s
Density45,000 totes per 1,000 sqm
Fleet sizeUp to 3,000 robots

HaiPick Rail

Robots run on rails above the floor rather than on it, so retrieval is not held up by ground-level traffic. Totes for the same wave are retrieved in parallel across multiple aisles, and cartons are checked, conveyed and stored without manual handling.

The cornerstone configuration, a modular, versatile ASRS built to slot into almost any facility without the cost of fully custom automation.

HaiPick System 2

Everything System 1 does, with bulk and palletised goods handled alongside it. Case-handling robots work the tote storage while heavy-duty companion AMRs move the pallets, so a mixed order is filled in one process instead of two.

HaiPick System 3

Built for density. HaiPick robots stay inside the narrow aisles working densely packed racking, while fast-transit companion AMRs run goods out to the workstations, so retrieval is not limited by how far one robot has to travel.

// Process

From walking the floor to running the line.

Five stages, in order, each one gates the next so nothing gets built against a guess.

01

Assess

We walk the floor, model current throughput, and flag the bottlenecks costing you time.

02

Design

Layout drawings, discrete-event simulation, and an ROI model you can take to your board.

03

Build

Sourcing, fabrication, and staging happen off-site, away from your live operation.

04

Deploy

Installation is sequenced across shifts and warehouse zones, allowing your team to maintain full outbound operations while the system is brought online.

05

Support

24/7 remote monitoring and on-site service contracts, with response times written into the SLA.

Partners

Built on relationships across the supply chain.

Every system we deploy draws on a small set of trusted partners, rather than a single house brand.

Get started

Let's walk your floor.

An on-floor assessment provides our team with a detailed understanding of your operational flow, critical pain points, and improvement opportunities. We then align these insights with the solutions that drive measurable increases in efficiency, productivity, and performance.
